Budd in 1939 numbered 301 as the Silver Star, a diner-parlour-observation coach on the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad's General Pershing Zephyr train from the 1930s and 1940s. Donated to Mt Newman Mining Co. by AMAX an original joint venture partner to commemorate the projects first 100 million tonnes of iron ore railed between Mount Whaleback mine and the Port Hedland port. 12th of April 2002.

283-30339 viewsNear Woodbrook as quad Robe River CM40-8M units 9414, 9420, 9410 and 9525 work a loaded 202 waggons bound for Cape Lambert as they power through the cutting up a short grade at the 37.5 km pipe bridge. 9414 with serial number 8206-11 / 91-124 was rebuilt by Goninan in 1991 from AE Goodwin built M636 ALCo model with original serial number G-6060-5 from 1971. 22nd of May 2002.

030712 143222339 viewsNelson Point, empty BHP ore waggon 9025 with drop belly floor, originally built by Comeng in Mittagong NSW as a part of seven prototype ore waggons made from low carbon 301 stainless steel with an higher volume and aerodynamic flat sides and were bogieless with four independent radial wheel sets. Of the seven waggon, the first four had a flat floor and final three had a drop belly floor. The radial wheel sets were later replaced with conventional bogies. 12th of July 2003.

The AQIY were originally built as the CQYY but CFCLA did not buy them, Bradken then stored them as KQYY. When Aurizon bought them they had the handbrake relocated to the middle of the waggon from the end.

Loaded with three 20' 22G1 type containers, Royal Wolf RWLU 836206, a Cronus CRXU 183018 and Royal Wolf RWLU 838464, all with placards for 3077 / 9 dangerous goods.

In Mineral Resources traffic 5040 empty Mount Walton iron ore train. March 28, 2024.
